Wrong on both counts

So, the 6's have been in here for a week, building the epic net-scavenged Biome PowerPoints of Doom. They're due on Thursday, so we're deep, deepy in frenzy mode. The point where anything that seems momentarily confusing is a crisis and needs to be shouted. Things like "How do I type things?" or "What's a foodweb?" Which is horrible for the working aenvironment, but is a nice demonstration that spending large chunks of time on powerpoints is effective at teaching neither power point or science.

My friend IMs me and asks me if I like The Cure. "Duh" I say. And "Why?" He goes "Do you have their newest cd?" and I say "no...why?" He goes "Well, I bought their cd thinking it was metal."

Isn't that just the greatest!? Well, sad, actually. But same thing.

Okay, well I am off. Just had to share. And I must say, I am uber-excited about your wedding. Less than a month!

That's what happens when you put the nu-metal producers on a Cure album. It's not bad, and certianly better than their last few. but...in my head, the really good Cure albums (17 seconds, faith, disnetigration) are the furthest thing from metal. Which is, you know, why they're good.
