lol, the reason probably has to do with a congressional subcommittee that has a bunch of earmarks attached to some conspiring academic maverick.
who probably doesn't give a damn about the youth, and likes fillet mignon on the side. ;D

I retract that prior statement- as I now reread the naivety in my comprehension of the depth of your statement.

Truly, this is where we see a separation of truly wonderful teachers. Teachers with life. Teachers with true purpose, other than reiterate information. Awareness seminars are in order, perhaps employer mandated training. Rest assured that my venture will take some part in mending this.
